Photoelectric Sensors

Photoelectric sensors are devices that use light to detect the presence or absence of objects, or to measure distance. They operate by emitting a light beam—typically infrared—and sensing the reflected light when an object interrupts the beam.

Widely used in industrial automation, these sensors are ideal for applications such as counting, positioning, and detecting clear or transparent materials. With various configurations, including through-beam, retro-reflective, and diffuse reflection, photoelectric sensors offer high accuracy and reliability. Their ability to function in diverse environments makes them crucial for enhancing efficiency and safety in manufacturing, packaging, and logistics.
